On : [IP2014] version, Installation

When attempting to connect in Local Database using Siebel Dedicated web client
the following error occurs.

This page can't be displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Siebel Dedicated Web client
2. Select Local database
3. Enter user credentials
