No records are showing up in Account/Contact Duplicates view. Driver record missing in S_DEDUP_RESULTS (Doc ID 2171571.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Records are not getting created in Existing Duplicates view when duplicates are found

Siebel Loyalty - OEDQ set up for Contact Deduplication, the OEDQ dedup service does not create the Contact Driver record in the S_DEDUP_RESULTS table i.e. OBJ_ID=DUP_OBJ_ID. Because of this, no records are showing up in Administration - Data Quality > Contact or Account Duplicates


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Driver record should be inserted into S_DEDUP_RESULTS table with value DUP_OBJ_ID=OBJ_ID=

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a new Contact record in Siebel. Ex: Row_ID = ABC
2. Create a matching record with similar First Name, Last Name etc. Ex: ROW_ID = XYZ
3. This will trigger the OEDQ matching process and raise a Pop up applet with the scored matching record.
4. But the Driver record (ROW_ID = 'XYZ') is not visible in the Administration->Data Quality->Duplicate Contacts screen, because the Driver entry does not exist in the S_DEDUP_RESULT table (OBJ_ID=DUP_OBJ_ID='ABC').
5. Only the duplicate record's details exist in the table (DUP_OBI_ID='xyz').
