On Activity Form Applet, Activity template doesn't seem to apply the "Contacts" field .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Siebel App
2. Navigate to activity Form applet
3. Select an activity
4. Menu -> Save as template with values for Account and Contact Fields
5. Create a new record/activity
6. Menu -> Apply template
note the contacts field is not populated with any value.
