 On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Order Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Penalty Products addition is not happening in the Quote/Order Items when
disconnected before committment period using ABO Web Service

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Penalty Product should get added in line items when using ABO Web Service
when disconnecting before committment period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Create Parent Product and Child Product

Create Promotion Promo1

Add Product Parent

Min, Max & Default: 1

Committment: 1

Action: Disconnect

Committment Period: 6

Committment Period UOM: Months

Apply Component Charge: True

Termination Charge: 500

Recommendable: True

Customizable: True

Create a order.

Add Parent and Child.

Perform Auto Asset.
