GetFile And CreateFile Extension Issue In Case Attachment Name Contains Dot Sign (Doc ID 2173319.1)

Symptoms

STEPS:

1) In the Order Attachment Applet create a custom Button which does the GetFile and then CreateFile
2) Compile applet and open Siebel client. Go to Orders ->Attachments
3) Create new attachment and
3a) attach file "S_BULK.REQ212345.DDL" as example from attachments here. Click CopyAttachment custom button. It works and new record is created with different name. Delete all attachments
3b) attach file "S_BULK.REQ2123456.DDL" as example from attachments here. Click CopyAttachment custom button. It works and new record is created with different name. Delete all attachments
3c) attach file "S_BULK.REQ21234567.DDL" as example from attachments here. Click CopyAttachment custom button. IT DOES NOT WORK NOW. Siebel throw an error that attachment extension is longer than 10 characters
