Siebel Contact Call Planning or LS Pharma Contact Call Planning View is not rendering properly

When trying to use Contact Call Planning or LS Pharma Contact Call Planning View in the Sample database it is not rendering properly. Is there any additional settings that have to be added?


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Calendar should render all applets

STEPS
-----------------------
Go to Sample Database via SQL Anywhere and then go to Call Applet within Siebel Pharma
