Oracle XE limit of 11Gb and Localdbsetup.exe Extracting More Data Even with Switch "RS" (Doc ID 2174082.1)

Siebel 16 LocalDbSetup.exe still extracts all data even though the original bug - BUG 22219728 - ORACLE XE LOCAL DB EXTRACTS ALL DATA AND ERRORS WHEN DB EXCEEDS 11GB suggests that the issue is fixed in IP16.0.

When the following command is used with switch "RS" , only repository and Seed data should be extracted to local DB. But it extracts more data than just repository and seed data.

 LocalDbSetup.exe -s C:\Siebel\Tools16_DLA -o "SSD default instance" -t ***_SIEBEL -u *** -p *** -r "Siebel Repository" -d LOCAL_XE -x C:\Siebel\Tools16_DLA\oraclexe -l LocalDbSetup.log -w N -y RS -z Y


Steps to reproduce:
---------------------------
1. Install Siebel 16 tools as new installation
2. chose install local DB
3. provide the oracle 32 bit 12g client path
4. enter username/password
5. Siebel Tools and Oracle XE Database is installed successfully.
6. But when localdbsetup.exe is ran, it extracts all the data even though the bug BUG 22219728 - ORACLE XE LOCAL DB EXTRACTS ALL DATA AND ERRORS WHEN DB EXCEEDS 11GB suggests that the issue is fixed in IP16.0.

Expected Behavior:

localDbsetup.exe with switch RS should extract only repository and seed data
