Intermittent error while accessing the attachment file. The attachment file is not available in the OS but the application still referring to the file :
ls -l S_ACCNT_ATT_2-FYS7QK_*.SAF
ls: cannot access S_ACCNT_ATT_2-FYS7QK_*.SAF: No such file or directory
SFScleanup has been performed but not solving the issue.
