SFS component is referring to attachment files which are not available in OS anymore (Doc ID 2175361.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.4 SIA [21225] version

Intermittent error while accessing the attachment file. The attachment file is not available in the OS but the application still referring to the file :

ls -l S_ACCNT_ATT_2-FYS7QK_*.SAF
ls: cannot access S_ACCNT_ATT_2-FYS7QK_*.SAF: No such file or directory

SFScleanup has been performed but not solving the issue.
