Purpose
This document describes the steps that must be followed in order for your Oracle Self Service E-Billing installation to comply with the Payment Application – Data Security Standards (PA-DSS). The information in this document is based on PCI Security Standards Council Payment Application Data Security Standards program (version 3.1 dated May, 2015).
Scope
Oracle Billing Insight Version 7.1 has been Payment Application - Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) validated, in accordance with PA-DSS Version 3.1. For the PA-DSS assessment, we worked with the following PCI SSC approved Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PAQSA):

The attached document also explains the Payment Card Industry (PCI) initiative and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) guidelines. The document then provides specific installation, configuration, and ongoing management best practices for using Oracle Billing Insight as a PA-DSS validated Application operating in a PCI Compliant environment.
