Goal
The Siebel Session Management and Authentication SOAP headers are different from the SOAP headers used for WS-Security. Do not use the two types of header together.
They are not the same and the set up for each type cannot be interchanged between each other.
The following document provides a side-by-side comparison and highlight of all elements involved with Siebel Inbound WebServices using 2 different Authentication Options: Siebel Authentication and Session Management (WSSOAP=1) vs Web Services Security (WS-Security).
