On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

When attempting to : After logging into application, once we go for browser developer
Tools-->Console, then below error should not display in Console window.
the following error occurs.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Public Sector Application
2. Go to Home Page
3.Go to Browser Developer Tools
4. Go to Console and check for the error
