ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Application menu bar and Toolbar are hidden for the eSales application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application Menu and Tool bar should be able to select to the user in esales application in IP2016

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel eSales application in IP2016

2. Application is launched but Application menu bar and Toolbar are hidden

Due to this issue, users cannot navigate into Siebel using the menu bar
