Assignment Manager And Workflow Escalation Requests Are Not Working After Upgrading to Siebel IP2015 (Doc ID 2178101.1)

Symptoms

PRODUCT VERSION: Siebel 15.10 [IP2015], Assignment Manager functionality

The Siebel CRM application has been upgraded from version 8.1.1.6 to Innovation Pack 15 with Patchset 10.

After the upgrade, assignment rules are not working and records are not clearing from the S_ESCL_REQ table. When assignment manager requests are being processed, an error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Administration - Assignment screen,
2. Assignment Rules List view.
3. In the Assignment Rules list, select a rule and verify whether its Released.
4. Now check whether this Rule working by invoking respective Assignment.
Error found in Assignment manager logs.
