Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Siebel IP15.10 OpenUI the detail view tabs disappear when clicking on a particular detail view. This was reproduced by support as follow:
- Log in Siebel emedical.
- Change behavior in user preference.
- Set navigation: tab.
- Set theme: aurora.
- Refresh screen.
- Site Map - Shipping.
- Drill down Drill down on a pick ticket.
- In 3rd level view click on repair pick ticket.
Results: Pick ticket and repair pick ticket tabs disappear.
The below exception is being thrown:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'GetControls' of null at barcdviewpr.SiebelAppFacade.barcdviewpr.barcdviewpr.ShowUI
