Personalization Conditions Not Working In Siebel EChannel

Please let us know if there are any limitations with usage of personalization rules in the Siebel eChannel application. When GetProfileAttr is used in Conditional Expression of a applet rule to retrieve a profile attribute set through script, the applet will get displayed regardless of whether the condition is met or not.
