Authentication Required prompt displayed for Siebel LDAP and Windows Integrated Authentication when accessing application via mobile phones/desktops (Doc ID 2180036.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Security / Authentication

Siebel application when accessed via mobile device with LDAP/SSO shows "Authentication Required" prompt again and again.

Siebel application when accessed via mobile device (Samsung Device) should work same as OpenUI client.

The issue can be reproduced only in customer environment at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure to setup Siebel application with LDAP/SSO
2. Make sure that the setup works fine and consistent with OpenUI
3. Try to invoke the same URL for Siebel eAutomotive application on a mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S6)
4. Check to see if the SSO login is successful.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login successfully and even if they did, a single refresh prompts for a login credentials. This was causing a roadblock to their SIT phase.
