On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Upgrade

When attempting to go to login page
the following error occurs.


Using IE11:


The issue can be reproduced at will by customer with the following steps:
1. run upgrade to IP15
2. using IE11 go to /fins_enu
3. the error appears
