Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.17 [IP2013] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to access Siebel call center application with DB credentials with F5 load balancer, after entering the credentials in login page, the below error is displayed:

ERROR

The server you are trying to reach is busy or experiencing difficulties.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced ONLY in customer environment at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel application with IP2013
2. Setup F5 load balancing configuration for the servers
3. With the virtual server, check to see if the application is accessible all the time.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Siebel call center app only with load balancing enabled and this was causing a setback.
