Problems With Microsoft Outlook to Siebel Open UI Drag and Drop 2.0.12 Add-In

I have installed the Add-in (Siebel for Outlook Drag and Drop 2.0.12) in my Microsoft Windows 64-bit Operating System Desktop.
After installing the Add-In, I have restarted Microsoft Outlook Client, and even restarted my desktop but still the add-in is not visible.
My question is: does Patch 23305377: Siebel for Outlook Drag and Drop 2.0.12 supports for Microsoft Windows 64-bit Operating Systems or not?
And in Doc Id 2117212.1, I came across below statements :
Platform and Email Client Support
Microsoft Windows only
32-bit Microsoft Outlook only (multiple versions support)
So, I just wanted to understand Patch 23305377: Siebel for Outlook Drag and Drop 2.0.12 supports what kind of Windows Operating Systems and 32-bit or 64-bit?
