Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading Siebel from v22.214.171.124. to v15.10 we are not able to make it work properly.
First documents that we trying to generate remains in status “generating”, all following documents stay in status “queue”.
We have installed Word with Siebel service user. All pop-ups are disabled, so word document can be opened without any additional requests.
The request comes to SRProc, since the queuing record can be found in the table S_SRM_REQUEST.
Word process does also exist on the DocServer, but for some reason it gets stuck.
If the process is aborted, documents generation finished with status “Error”.
In order to solve the issue we have also unassigned and assigned DocServer component from DOC server. But with no success.
