My BIP Reports View Shows Report Status in Blank But Report is Successfully Generated (Doc ID 2182938.1)

On : 8.1.1.14.16 [IP2014] version, Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users cannot execute reports consistently. The following behavior has been identified:

- XMLPReportServer component shows that report was generated successfully

- .SAF file for the report is created in FS directory

- XMLPReportServer component inserts the record related to the report in S_XMLP_REPOUTPT but does not UPDATE when the report is generated successfully

- Audit trail is set on database level but no UPDATE was executed for S_XMLP_REPOUTPT table.
