Query Taking More Than 3 Seconds To Execute On A Pick Applet (Doc ID 2183071.1)

The query was taking time, when resulting SQL was analyzed it was found that as by default siebel does a wildcard search this was taking time.

For example if an Account with name - 'xxxxxxx was searched, internally the SQL where clause resulted in - T25.ACCNT_NAME LIKE 'xxxxxxx*'

This was taking time to search for all similar named accounts.
