Upgrep Failed With The Error "ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIEBEL.S_EVT_ACT_CAL_U1) violated "

Database upgrade (upgrep) has been launched to upgrade from 8.1.1.3 to IP2016 via Database Server Configuration utility. Then it failed with the message "Upgrade Wizard did not complete successfully." Upgwiz.log shows the following error message.

Steps

1. Install Siebel Enterprise Server IP2016.
2. Launch Database Server Configuration.
3. Run database upgrade (upgrep).


Business Impact

Due to this error, migration to IP2016 cannot be done.
