List Columns DOCKSTATUS and FILEDOCKREQFLG Are not Appearing on UI

Issue with "Contact Attachment Applet" as both out of the box list columns "ContactDockStatus" and "ContactFileDockReqFlg" are not appearing on UI, whereas both are appearing in the local web client.
