iPad Requires Double Taps to Activate Keyboard in List Applets

Issue: Using Open UI, data entry in list applets requires double taps to activate the keyboard.
On mobile devices (iPad), two taps are required to activate the keypad in list applets; whereas, only a single tap is required in form applets.
If you need to enter data, you must tab every list column separately (twice). First, it will hide the keypad; second, it will bring the keypad up again.
