Constraint Cannot be Created for Large Product Structures in OUI

On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, System Admin
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When many items appear in the Configuration Container, the Cancel button disappear.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cancel button should not disappear from screen despite having a few items on applet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Login to Application.
2. Navigate to Administration - Products >> Products Definition.
3. Drilldown on Workspace in the below applet.
4. In the structures section, associate around 40 - 45 products and navigate
to Constraints View Tab.
5. Create a new Constraint and Click on Product.
6. Product Popup applet will be displayed where top few products will not be visible and cancel button is not seen.
