How to identify CPU Utilization per Thread for OM in Solaris (Doc ID 2187308.1)

Goal

One of the PID's for Object manager in a server was utilizing high CPU and caused the Siebel application sessions run slow - when these CPU hike happens, it is not possible to login to GUI (Siebel application) smoothly to identify how many tasks are running for that PID . Questions is

- Since PID can have multiple threads (tasks) running by that time, how to check what is the thread id that is consuming high cpu? how to mach to the OM log file ? ?

Operating system where Siebel Server is installed is Solaris
