On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, Communication Server & Email Response

Siebel Email Response - Communication Outbound - Email Sent out in 'Queued' Status


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In communications screen, user reply on an Inbound email activity. After reply, an new outbound activity created with status = 'Queued', but the recipient has successfully received the replied email.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In communications screen, user reply on an Inbound email activity. After reply, an new outbound activity created with status = 'Done'. Recipient successfully received the replied email.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Communications screen, select an inbound email activity and click 'Reply'.
2. In the reply screen, enter contents and clicks 'Send'.
3. Check the status of the outbound email activity created after click 'Reply'.
4. Recipient check email received.

ERROR

The value '<?>' for field 'Planned Completion' is required to be '>= [Planned]'.
