On: 15.6 [IP2015] version, Installation

When attempting to configure the Siebel Server, the following error occurs.

Unable to Connect to Siebel Gateway name Server

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully configured Gateway and Enterprise
2. Gateway is up and running perfectly
3. When trying to configure the Siebel Server the error is thrown
4. Gateway and Siebel Server are installed on the same server
