Users cannot open the Workspace Explorer. When users click on the menu entry nothing happens. Tools Workspace Explorer is not showing.
On : 16.4 [IP2016] version
1. Enabled Workspaces for Siebel Tools using the EnableWorkspace.exe
2. Start Tools against the server database
