Symptoms

ISSUE:

Error appears when creating new objects in Siebel Tools, while connected on LOCAL_XE.


ERROR:

SBL-DAT-00415

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Siebel Tools LOCAL_XE
2. Try to create new objects. E.G: Go to Applet - Contact Quota Period List Applet - Control - New Record. Error appears:
