Change Record Popup Applet Not Rendering Properly (Doc ID 2192043.1)

On : [IP2013] version, Client Functionality

Change record does not pop up in certain scenarios.


  1. Log in Siebel App
  2. Navigate to All Activities List Applet in the application
  3. On the selected record, click on any List Column and edit the field value example comments in the form field
  4. Do not save the record
  5. In the list applet select menu->change record option

Results: A little pop up applet showing loading opens momentary and close, the record is saved and change record pop up applet is never displayed
