Microsoft Outlook Native Controls Scattered In CRM Desktop Forms (Doc ID 2192385.1)

Symptoms

After implement some changes on Siebel CRM Desktop  Forms in ENU language, for example in forms_12.xml everything worked fine and the new Object controls show up properly in Opportunities, Accounts or Contact CRM Desktop forms.

The same changes are now been implemented in CRM Desktop for Japenese users using MS Outlook Japanese so customer copy and paste most of the modifications in forms_12.ja_JP.xml. But after that in Microsoft Outlook Japanese language there is some layout issues. Mainly some native fields show over some Siebel CRM Desktop Outlook field in the custom form.

The Outlook Japanese native controls should not show up in CRM Desktop custom forms.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the custom forms_12.ja_JP.xml
2. Deploy the new package with the modifications.
3. Login to MS Outlook Japanese language
4 . Open the custom Contact form in MS Outlook Japanese.
5. Some field such as the original phone field of native form show up over in the custom Account form for example.
