Repository Export and Database Login

When the Database Configuration Wizard is used to perform a repository export, the wizard does not complete and gives a logon denied error.



Also message in command line window shows the following:

Configuration wizard should connect to the ODBC DataSource with the correct username/password combination.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke database configuration wizard
2. select options and enter ODBC DataSource name and login information
3. wizard fails with message "logon denied".
