Siebel Mobile App stopped working after a Mobile App Update from Apple App Store (New version-2.16.9)
Web Server log - “[SISNAPI] Async Thread: connection (0xe914410), error (1180682) while reading message"
Object Manager Log - "SBL-DAT-00227 Unable to create the Business Service WebSocket Service"
Field users received a prompt on iPad devices to update the Siebel Mobile App with options of Ok and Cancel.
The users who updated the App are facing this issue. The users who are still using older version of the App are not facing any problem.
Loss of service. Mobile application is not accessible.
