SRBroker Does Not Come Online (Doc ID 2193116.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, System Admin

When attempting to start the Siebel Server, the SRBroker component is getting terminated, and the following error is found on the Siebel Enterprise log file.

ERROR

ServerLog ProcessExit 1 00005c6457fe0806:0 2016-10-12 17:15:08 SRBroker 2055 TERMINATED Process 2055 was terminated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Siebel Server

Due to this issue, the Siebel Server is not operational, causing failure to other components that are direct dependent on SRBroker
