ASSET_ID Column Not Getting Populated In S_UCM_ASSET Table For History Record

On : [23021] version, Configuration - Dev Env

For History record in S_UCM_ASSET, ASSET_ID was not populated

For history record in S_UCM_ASSET, ASSET_ID should get populated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Try to run the custom web service to update financial account

2. The current FINCORP Account record should get created in S_UCM_ASSET as history.

3. The Latest FINCORP Account record should saved as Source Record.
