In Siebel how can we confirm that Siebel has successfully deliver an email to exchange (mail server) ?
In All Outbound Communications logs there are only two fields – Status and Status Message – which tells whether the mail was sent or not ? If the status is Done we assume that message was successfully dropped to exchange (or mail server) for the delivery.
when an email get sent from Siebel (either via SendMessage or CreateRequest method of Outbound Communications Manager) , is there any way that it could get the acknowledgement/message-ID back from exchange ?
