Is there any Assignment Manager Parameter Present to Assign the SR as per the BS Response ?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Please note that we are using Synchronous Assignment Manager Requests BS and method Assign to assign SRs at different levels (not just during creation).
Out of the box behavior is - if Owner is present on SR then even after calling the fore said BS it does not change or update the owner.
If the we update the Owner to null and run the BS then SR is assigned to an employee.
Is there any Assignment Manager parameter present to assign the SR as per the BS response?
