Data Is Not Synchronized When Adding a New Record in Online and Then Going to Offline Mode (Doc ID 2194562.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.6 [IP2014] version, Mobile Specific

After adding a new record to online application, when going to offline mode the record is not displayed unless user clears browser cache. Then full data and metadata download process from Siebel Server happens so new record will be displayed in offline mode.

How to synchronize data without having to clear cache every time a new record is created or updated in online mode?
