Siebel BIP Reports Fails To Run on a Particular View/Screen in PROD environment

On : 15.9 [IP2015] version, Reports

When attempting to run a Account List report from the UI, the reports fails to execute and the following error occurs in the Server Management job view:

SBL-SRB-00061: Process XMLPReportServer on Siebel Server JNSBLAPP2 terminated.

The issue can be reproduced ONLY at the customer environment at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel BIP integration with IP2015
2. Make sure that the Siebel BIP reports are working properly
3. Check to see if the reports under the accounts view are working properly

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run reports under only the Accounts view and this was causing a setback.
