With EnableScripting is set to TRUE, logging to Siebel Open UI dedicated client with a custom SRF rendered a blank screen,
and the browser console has a 404 error when trying to access C:\Siebel\188.8.131.52.0\Client\public\SCRIPTS\3rdParty.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Siebel_Financial_Services_Application is not defined
1. Access application with scripting enabled
2. Blank Page is shown and error above is shown in browser console
