Siebel Email Functionality CC Issue (Doc ID 2198760.1)

Issue Description: 

Siebel erases the e-mail addresses on the CC part of the e-mail. You can see the e-mail addresses when you’re preparing the e-mail on Siebel, but when you send the e-mail and check it on Outlook, you don’t see the e-mail addresses on CC.

CC List should be visible in the received email.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an email from Siebel with CC list.
2. Notice that the email received in outlook is not displaying CC list.
