Open UI: Unable to Copy Data from Read-only Fields on IE 11

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

Users are unable to copy data from read-only fields in the Siebel Open UI application on IE 11.  

The issue does not occur with other browsers, such as Chrome.

NOTE: The issue is not reproducible on the last PS of [IP2014].


1. Go to Accounts > Account List.
2. Create a new Account and add an address to it.
3. After the Account is created, drill down on the Account name.
4. Try to select the data from drop down fields like 'State' or 'Country' in the form applet.

Result: You cannot select the data.

The issue can be replicated on the Account form of any Account view for read-only drop down fields.
