On : 220.127.116.11  version, Comms Server & Email Response
Since last Friday no new inbound email are been processed. The emails are all on the Email Server and not activities or SRs are been created from the emails.
Email should be pulled from the Email Server and be processed and show in Siebel as activites and SRs due the custom eMail Response workflows.
There are about 40 profiles running on a specific Siebel Server, this was working fine until last Friday and suddenly stop working. No changes has been made on Siebel side and this was working without problem on the last months.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restart the Siebel Server running the CommInboundRcvr component.
2. All 41 profiles are loaded checking the CommInboundRcvr status page http://<CommInboundRcvr Server hostname>:55555
3. The email are still on the Email Server, no email is been pulled.
