Date Field Not Updating when Changing Year from Calendar Pop-up

On : 16.2 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

When the user attempts to change the year on the Calendar Pop-up from the current year displayed to any other value, the year chosen on Calendar Pop-up is not updated/reflected as the new value.


Calendar year = 2016.  Changing this value to 2017 results in 2016 still being displayed.
