OpenUI: Blank Page After Login If Not In Trusted Sites (Doc ID 2199140.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

User is getting blank page after entering user credentials. The issue can only be reproduced with IE11, but it works fine for Firefox and Chrome.

Single user has been affected.

HTML5 Browser Compatibility shows the following checks as failed:

- Local Storage
- Touch
- Web SQL Database

The user should be able to login to Siebel OpenUI using any HTML 5 compatible browser

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Try to login to Siebel entering user credentials
2. Blank page is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot use IE11
