UI Interaction Service - Empty History Record Getting Captured for Pharma Account Affiliated From Applet (Doc ID 2200048.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, Universal Customer Master

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
configure runtime events for UI Interaction Service on Accounts Affiliations.
Associate and update an account.
Notice an empty record is created in UCM Administration - transaction history

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
a proper record with account name should be created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) create the runtime events as in step 3 of https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E63029_01/books/UCMSIA/UCM_Workflows_MDM5.html
but for applet Pharma Account Affiliated From Applet;
2) reload runtime events.
3) log off and back in
4) to go accounts, create account runtime 001. save. update its location to 001.
5) create account runtime 002. save. update its location to 002.
6) check ucm admin -> transaction history -> accounts. confirm both accounts are there.
7) back at the accounts screen, drill down runtime 001 and then go to account affiliations and associate account runtime 002.
8) update the relationship field to any other value.
9) check ucm admin -> transaction history. an empty record is created there.
