Position Rolldown Functionality Is Not Working

Below are the steps which we followed to reproduce the issue.
1. Log in to Application, go to Protocol-->All Protocol List
2. Add a team member to the Protocol and click position rolldown
3. Navigate to the country under the study. Employee is not present in the Country under that study.
