Siebel Applet Automatic Popup is not Working on CTI Inbound Call (Doc ID 2201145.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an inbound/incoming call for CTI occurs, the user is not notified with the expected view, as it is not popping up or generated after upgrading Avaya Driver.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The specific view that occurs for inbound/incoming calls should pop up for the users as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open and login to the Siebel application;
2. Open the CTI toolbar, login to CTI 
3. Note that when an inbound call occurs, the expected view for inbound/incoming call is not popping up.
